We offer small and large one and two bedroom cottages. Each cottage is ADA accessible with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, individual thermostat, and covered parking. Our cottages are stand alone and offer the privacy of your own home with large porches to enjoy alone or with your friends and neighbors.
RN Services
RN advocate can accompany residents to doctor visits, keep up with prescription refills, and ensure medications are taken correctly.
Water, Sewer, Trash, & Cable Paid
All water and trash services are included in the monthly rate.
Local Transportation
Includes local trips, errands, hair & nail appointments, medical & dental appointments
Meals & Snacks
Continental Breakfast, Lunch, & afternoon snacks provided. Upgraded meal plans receive Dinner meals as well.
Housekeeping
Basic housekeeping is done bi-monthly for every resident.
Monthly Activities
Mind & body stimulating activities, fun outings, and crafts for men and women are provided
Full Kitchen
Cottages come with a full kitchen complete with a dish washer and refrigerator.
Interior/Exterior Maintenance
Complete interior and exterior maintenance of the cottages, including all landscaping!
