Small 1-Bedroom

We have 2 small one-bedroom cottages.  They are each about 700sq foot plus porches.  They overlook the courtyard and have covered sidewalk access to the clubhouse.  Laundry service is included in the Basic option.  These cottages do not have washer/dryer or dishwashers.  They are the most economical option. 

Large 1-Bedroom

We have 5 large one-bedroom cottages.  They are each about 900 sq foot plus, front and back porches. 

2 of the cottages are located just across the driveway from the clubhouse.  These 2 also have large back porches that overlook the neighboring pastures. 

The other 3 large bedrooms overlook the courtyard area and are shaded by large beautiful trees and St. Augustine grass.  Half of the back porch is enclosed to provide outdoor storage.  All of these cottages have bedrooms that are large enough to accommodate a king-size bed, night stands, and additional furniture.  They are big! 

2-Bedroom

We have 4 two-bedroom cottages.  They are highly sought after due to their huge 1150sq footage and extra large bathrooms.  They are perfect for couples.  Move your furniture in and we garuntee you will feel at home.  All of the them have great views from the large windows and porches. 

Faye's Cottage

This is our newest cottage addition.  Named after one of our very sweet past residents who lived on property for 5 years before moving to Heaven.  This cottage is an original.  It has one large bedroom, vaulted ceilings, upgraded finishes, walk in closet and a huge arched window.  This building stands alone and overlooks the courtyard.  It offers the most privacy and seclusion.
